Veteran Life Memberships are based on your current age. Please select the appropriate age bracket. To register for life membership by postal mail please download and fill in the form below, then mail it along with your check for the indicated amount. The mailing address is on the form.

While applicants may send in their initial monies via paypal, membership in the National Fourth Infantry Division Association remains contingent on the applicant's meeting the criteria for membership in the Association.
