Vietnam Veterans present The Colors to begin the Vietnam Veterans Dedication Ceremony on Fort Carson CO., October 16, 2023. The Memorial’s foundation consists of 58 red stained bricks which symbolizes the more than 58,000 Soldiers lives lost in Vietnam.
